At HighPeak, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
